In Japan they take into account AWD as 4WD and only differentiate by calling your classic selectable 4WD cars as "portion time" 4WD and AWD vehicles as "Total Time 4WD" no less than as I recall when I had been there.  After they've got enough blood to test, they’ll get rid of the needle. They’ll hold a cotton ball or gauze on the site to halt
